Our Non-Discrimination Statement

Mission Home Help does not exclude from participation in, deny benefits of, or discriminate against any individual or group because of race, sex, religion, age, national origin, color, height, weight, marital status, partisan considerations, or a disability or genetic information that is unrelated to the person's eligibility.

This policy applies to all aspects of our operations, including the provision of home care services, caregiver employment, and access to information about our programs.

Non-Discrimination in Services

Mission Home Help provides home care services to all eligible individuals without regard to protected characteristics. We will not:

  • Deny services to any eligible person based on a protected characteristic.
  • Provide services of lesser quality or impose different conditions on any person based on a protected characteristic.
  • Segregate clients or staff based on any protected characteristic.
  • Retaliate against any person who files a complaint, assists in an investigation, or opposes discriminatory practices.
